I have never been one to wear a lot of makeup, especially eye makeup.  Mostly because I don’t know how to apply it correctly!  Many girls can pull off multiple looks with eye shadow and I’ve never really considered myself one of them…until I happened to find Lauren Luke on YouTube.

She has these video tutorials that show every step of pulling off any look you can imagine, and makes it look like a piece of cake while doing it.  I decided to bite the bullet and buy one of her makeup kits.  I chose the By Lauren Luke Smokey Classic Kit because it’s her most popular palette.  As soon as I received my kit, I looked up the tutorial on YouTube and tried the various demonstrations that Lauren provided.
