Fight the Pending Holiday Season with a BodiRocker and the Herschel Walker Workout

A few days into Fall and I’m already feeling the effects of the Fattening Season.

Yeah, “Fattening Season.” That part of there year where the days get colder and more people hibernate in their homes and eat comfort food because of boredom. Couple that with eating holidays of Halloween, Thanksgiving, and the like and my pants start fitting tighter because of the imagery.

Instead of watching TV and eating, and eating, and eating, I’m going to try to be active like I was in my younger days.

The Herschel Walker workout?

Herschel Walker – the 47-year-old who just signed with Strikeforce MMA – was an All-American running back from the University of Georgia before going on to have a coveted career in the NFL.

What made Herschel Walker even more of an oddity was the legend that he achieved great strength and size without the use of free weights. He did sprints, sit-ups, and push-ups. So the legend goes he did 100,000 pushups and sit-ups when he was 12!
