SlimShots Really Works - Here are the People Who Use Them
There has been much hype about SlimShots. Proof of that can even be seen on this blog, where much discussion is happening about progress, where to buy it and the coupons you can find for it. I think that’s a great thing, bringing together a community of SlimShots users!
And kudos to all those who are finding some degree of success with the product! Losing weight is tough, but when you have friends and even acquaintances around you reaching for the same goal, it’s all the more easy.
In case you are just now stumbling across the buzz, SlimShots is an appetite controller packaged as a vanilla shot of cream. Many users mix it in their morning cereal or coffee and begin fighting the hunger pains pretty much instantly.
Are there any people out there that would love to share their weight loss story with SlimShots? Or maybe you have some weight loss tips, an exercise regimen or favorite way you enjoy your daily SlimShot? We would all love to hear from you!

I was reading the ingredients and I saw that Slim Shots contain aspartame.
What dangerous it can be to the body????????
I just bought a month supply of Slim Shots at Walmart for $24.96. Today was my first day taking it - I was more alert and energetic without the nervous jitters.
Bought some at Wagreens. Tried for about 3 weeks and gained
6 pounds. Seemed to make me hungrier! My weight was stable
for about 1 year and I just wanted to maintain my weight. Posting this to see if anyone else had similar experience.
I just started taking Slim shots on sat. 3/21/09 and i also take the Alli pill … has anyone heard that you shouldnt take both together
I have tried so many products for weight loss but have always ended up feeling starved a few hours later even after a well balanced meal causing me to even eat more to comfort my hunger cravings.
I have tried eating more lean meats, fruit, vegetables, and even a hand full of nuts to curb my appetite but soon after hanging out in the kitchen looking for more food.
When I waited to sit down to a meal I would eat so much I would make myself extremely myserable.
My first slim shot I didn’t notice to make any difference until after my second shot I was so full I couldn’t finish my meal, it was really hard for me to plan my next meal because I wasn’t hungry.
Cutting back on my out of control consumption of foods I started eating little pre-packaged meals which are in small servings, to my surprise they filled me up for hours. The only problem I seemed to have was stomach aches for a few days which subsided, I lost 5 lbs the first week and feel wonderful, Im finally able to take control of my eating habits without feeling so hungry.Looking forward to losing 25 more pounds without starving myself.

Please let me know how both Alli and Slim shots are working for you. I’m also on Alli , and I just bought the slim shots yesterday and will start today. Have you seen any progress? How do you feel ?

Saw a few postings questioning how Alli & Slim Shots work together. I too am on Alli, thinking of supplementing with Slim Shots. Has anyone combined the two with negative affects? The Slim Shot web site mentions something vague about the two not working together.
O.K 4 days in on Slimshots.I have to say that I now eat twice a day with no desire to snack.I have Psoriatic Arthritis, so exercise isn’t as intense as I need or want.But at least I have 1 issue under control.That’s a start.I also have the Ab Circle Pro that I just started.I love it.No impact.Wish me luck.By the way,my start out weight is 235.I’ll keep you posted.
After hearing about slim shots and various people saying that it does and it doesn’t work, since the number of people who said it work out numbered the people who said it didn’t I decided to buy a box yesterday at Walgreens for 39.99. I didn’t feel like driving to walmart which is about 8 miles from my house. I didn’t want to wait until the weekend but wanted to start today. I just took my first slimshot this morning at 7:00 am, and a few minuters after taking it, I am starting to feel full. No kidding. It doesn’t have a pleasant taste, but sort of a metallic and artificial taste, but maybe due to the foil on top. This is a taste I can live with. I love my coffee, but didn’t want to put it in my coffee and change the taste. I’ve taken prescription diet pills and fat burners together whic does make you lose weight, but I didn’t want to continue to live my life on prescription pills. I don’t have a lot of weight to lose maybe 15 pounds, but I’m 5′7″ and being 165 hides it pretty well. I want to get back to 150 and no slimmer for my husband 31 highshool reunion in August. I will let you all know how my day goes.
I used Slim Shots to help lose weight before going on vacation. I ate yogurt or one serving of Special K cereal with skim milk for breakfast. Between breakfast and lunch, I drank 10-16 oz of water. At lunch, I was not overly hungry. At lunch, I ate smaller portions than usual, and made sure my largest portion was green or other vegetables. After lunch, I took 1 Slim Shot. I also had a mini size bag of M&Ms or a small Hershey’s dark chocolate. I am totally addicted to sweets, so this was a great way to satisfy that craving without over indulging. It was also a reward for passing up some of the carbs and fats I usually would have eaten. Dinner was much the same as lunch. For dessert, another mini bag of M&Ms or mini hershey’s. If I wanted to eat at night, I snacked on frozen strawberries or mangos. The Slim Shot at lunch helped reduce my urge to snack in the afternoon and I was not as hungry at dinner. I practiced the above schedule for 3 weeks, and lost at least 8 pounds. I did not exercise at all, and would have had even better results with exercise. I have not purchased Slim Shots again, (it is a bit pricey) but have started exercising. I would recommend Slim Shots to anyone who needs a little extra help during the very difficult initial dieting period. Also, I drank it straight. It tastes like some type of nut with a chemical aftertaste. Not great, but not horrible.
I almost forgot, the reason I chose Slim Shots vs. a stimulant-type appetite suppressant is I wanted to avoid too much caffeine, or the crash that follows. I started each day with one cup of plain green tea. It is not very tasty, but I have found that green tea does not result in a caffeine crash. I was also surprised to find that I did not have the crash after lunch. I don’t know if that was the result of eating lighter with less carbs, or an effect of the green tea.
Slim Shots contain palm oil. Alli has restrictions on oil. I don’t know if Slim Shots is to be avoided. I guess you need to try the two together and see if you get the cramping that Alli warns you about. I haven’t tried either, but think I’ll give Slim Shots a try.
Omg… I just took my first slimshot and I promise it worked instantly, and now the foods I usto crave and binge on don’t even appeal to me, I’m just not hungry period! And also the taste of them is not bad at all, I was nervous it would be much worse, it basically tastes like concentrated cream, it does taste good but I was able to drink it straight, and fact is who cares how it tastes it works!
