I never got the chance to use them. I purcased a package of two from the store and they fell on the floor while trying to open them. Obviously they need to send the person who designed the "gift box" & packaging to packaging engineer school, or not use the moran that they found to design this. Needless to say I called the customer service number to complain and after being on hold for quite some time there was no one on the other line when it picked up and them I was disconnected. I am not a packing engineer but I sure could give them some pointers that would help them out; they are dealing with glass and should be more careful with their packaging.
