The ban on this product in some states only applies to mailorder in most of those states. If you have an adult toy store in your state, then that is most likely the cause of the problem. This will probably show up on the shelves of that store so that you may purchase it locally.

I have a hard time justifying purchasing this device because of the 30-minute battery life. For its size, $20 plus shipping/handling sounds like a lot, compared to the price other vibrating products sold at sex shops. As for sale of products such as these being prohibited in the state of Mississippi i strongly disagree. There are 2 TOY shops in my neighborhood alone…and yes they are legal. I have a problem with this product being advertised on tv and not telling people of the prohibition of sale in certain states. I personally got a little excited about it and went to the site the next day only to find out i couldn’t buy it. It’s bull, my money is as good as the next gal’s. I ordered this product two months ago from the website and ahve not received it, yet. I do not live in the forbidden states (anymore). Why Why Why? There is no place to complain on the website. I have to call! That is nuts.
I bought it for additional fun for my husband and I on our Anniversary, and the damn thing worked for less than 10 minutes. They say the batteries last 30 minutes- We don’t think so.
Called the drug store (CVS) we got it from, and they have a no return policy (we wouldn’t return it after use anyways, we aren’t that pathetic). Maybe we had a bad unit, or bad batties, but when we call Customer Support, theygive no support.
Seems they (the makers of Trojan ) lost us for any future sales or products.
